At CÉIM, we take your privacy seriously. It is important that you know exactly what we do with personal information that you and others provide to us, why we gather it and what it means to you. We will hold:

  • information which you have consented to us using;
  • details of your attendance at CÉIM sessions;

We collect information you to give to us, or consent to have shared with us.

How we use your information and the legal basis
We only use your information:

  • to contact you regarding CÉIM activities;
  • service administration purposes, e.g, registration confirmations, password reset etc.;
  • to respond to your questions and concerns.

Who we share your information with
We only share your information with service providers employed by us to facilitate our communications and research. Your information will never be given to a third party for purposes other than CÉIM.

How long we hold your information
We hold your data for as long as you are engaged with CÉIM, unless you ask us to delete it before then.

Implications of not providing information
If you do not provide information we may not be able to facilitate your involvement in CÉIM.

Your rights
We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your engagement with CÉIM. If you wish to access or amend any personal data we hold about you, or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained, simply contact us at the details below. At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database.
Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
At any time, you may object to the processing of your Personal Data, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you believe your right to privacy granted by applicable data protection laws has been infringed upon, please contact us.
