Cairde Groups

Cairde Groups are a pre-made contact list of 8/9 1st year students from your CÉIM Group. They allow you to make social connections within your CÉIM group; you can plan study sessions, attend lectures together and discuss course content outside of the CÉIM session time slot. Why not reach out to your Cairde Group to meet up for a coffee?

To email your Cairde Group members, go to the CÉIM YourSpace dashboard and click on the envelope symbol in the top right corner of the list of Cairde Group members.

It’s up to you to take the initiative to connect with your Cairde Group members. If you find you do not gel with the others in your group or if they are unresponsive to your messages, contact the CÉIM team at su.ceim@nuigalway.ie to switch groups.
